Well, we need not to mention that the success of Bahubali has sure inspired many movie makers no just in India but also abroad. They have now understood the thirst of audience to see real cinema which is presented on a larger scale and has roots from history and legendry tales. According to the sources after Bahubali there was plan of making a 1000 crore movie Mahabharata but not only this project is in the mind of the makers, some are planning to make 500 crore Ramayana, now.
We all witnessed the how the audience accepted the story, cast and chivalry that the blockbuster Bahubali offered. People have gone crazy for the movie even overseas.
And many of the filmmakers have also, noticed the same. It seems the success of Bahubali has given movie makers a pathway to follow in order to make the Periodic movies.
And this is why filmmaker, B.R Shetty, announced about his project of making a 1000 crore two-part movie Mahabharata. And now it is time for Ramayana.
After witnessing the success of the first ever movie, Bahubali, to cross 1000 crore, filmmakers are imaging more similar projects with big budgets.
Three of the filmmakers Allu Aravind, Namit Malhotra and Madhu Mantena have teamed up to make an epic Ramayana with similarly amazing graphics and detailed work. Though we all know the storyline, but they have planned to make it a huge success through direction and the narration techniques.
Allu Aravind said “It’s a huge responsibility but the Ramayana needs to be told on the big screen in the most magnificent way possible. We are committed to deliver a spectacular extravaganza.”
They started working on the script about a year ago, and have planned to make it a 500 crore film. Which we can imagine will be quite an eye tonic.
They will release it in three parts and the movie is going to be dubbed in three languages, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. There are also chances that it will release in 3D format, too. Well, for several reasons we are very much looking forward for the movie.
