Kumbh Mela is just not a ritual of bathing but it is the celebration of life and festival. The beginning of the festival is marked by Peshvai this marks the beginning of the festival. Apart from bathing in the holy river, there are several activities happening here:

1. Cultural events

Experience the beautiful, colorful, cultural heritage of the country. The fair has 5 main tents where there are many events happening. In one of the tent, there are traditional folk dances being held.

At the Pravachan pandal, there are spiritual talks being held. Attend the pandals and make the most of your time when you are here at Ujjain.

2. Waterways

To soothe your soul and to detox, in the beautiful waves of water, the best option is to go for boating or ferry experience. Arranged by the Inland Waterways Authority of India, take the ferry ride at the Yamuna river.

It is sight and experience to be felt. The soft gushing water will take away all your worries and stress.

3. Laser light show

The laser light show is the main attraction of the Mela. The light show will be organized for the very first time by the government to let the visitors have an experience of the lifetime.

For the show, advance booking will be required to be done, as it is expected the show will gather much of crowd.

4. Thematic gates

The thematic gates will beautify the whole Mela and also make it easier to navigate through the Mela as it is very crowded.

The gates are placed in fixed pattern with a unique identity so that they help you to locate your way. Ideally, it is a treat with a great purpose.

5. Tourist walk

The government makes arrangements for this.  You can explore the region and visit the various renowned temples and forts. In the Sangam walk, you will get the chance to visit the Bade Hanumanji temple, Akshaya Vat, Allahabad Fort, Patlapuri Mandir, and Ram Ghat.

Then there is Prayagraj walk this covers the Swaraj Bhawan, public library and Allahabad bank.

When life gives you questions, find the answers, and my write-up helps me to do this. I have thoughts and observe what happens around and this is my journey of accomplishing the task of travelling from thoughts and observations to words.

Things to do This Father’s Day

Special days like Mother’s Days and Father’s Day are celebrated every year in the whole world. No matter what country you are from, you want to celebrate these days as mothers and fathers are always special. All mothers do a lot for their children and this is why we always have plans for our mother in mind. This is also because we all are close to our mother the most and we know what she wants.

In the same light, we should prepare a full-fledged plan for our father, too. Well, we are sure you do but this article might help you think out of the box about the role that your Dad plays in your life. He needs to know that you care and understand him.

Here, we have 8 things you should do with father on this Father’s Day.

1. View your childhood pictures together over a cup of coffee

This is the best way to tell him that you appreciate all those things he ever did for your upbringing. Your first birthday, or many more memories that he has captured. Just tell him that you believe he is a great Dad. Believe us, it is all he would ever want to hear.2

2. Plan a trip to the place he spent his childhood at

Fathers are not very good at showing emotions. But if you want to see some, just take him down the memory lane. He will give you so many childhood stories to cherish throughout your life.

3. Write him a card that says you know he loves you

As we said earlier, fathers are not good at being emotional. So, this is your responsibility to make it easy for him; he might not say it to you very often but you always know that he loves you. So, take a pen and make him feel heaven by telling him that you know he loves you a lot and he means the world to you.

4. Make reservations for your Dad and Mom at some place fancy

There are chances that your father never got time to take your mother out to some fancy place. But he must have always wanted to do so. Why shouldn’t you do him a favor by making dinner reservations for both of them to have a lifetime experience?

5. Spend time with him

If you are busy son or daughter, chances are your father always wanted to sit beside you and just talk. So, do this for him this Father’s Day. Share, laugh, hug and talk because he may never ask you for this but he always wanted to.

6. Gift him Caravan Radio if you haven’t already

All Dads love to tune into old songs. They feel highly nostalgic when they listen to the songs they used to tune into in his childhood. Caravan radio has all the hit Bollywood songs of old times. It’s for the love of classics!

7. Plan a trip for him

If your father loves to travel then plan a whole trip dedicated to him. To pamper him, make him relax and say thank you for everything he ever did for you.

8. Give him a day off

If your father is still working and has a quite busy schedule. The best gift you can ever give to your father is to give him a day off completely for himself. Ask him what his hobbies used to be. What is the idea of perfect leisure for him, and just let him do that? Gift him a day, devoid of all the responsibilities, away from work, without the tensions, no matter if he wants to just lie down the whole day.

9. Traditional clothes while at work in Bhutan

In Bhutan, people are bound to wear their traditional clothes while they are at work. This law is equal for both men and women. We feel that it is a way to show respect towards their work and also towards the country. But, doesn’t it restrict a person’s choice of clothing to wear at work? Just like the Tennessee library.
