Before breakfast, I like to start out with a drink. Of course, I have my water first and then I’II either have coffee or tea. But lately, I’ve been having tea every single day for two weeks so far to prevent bloating. Because that’s one of my biggest issues and I’m trying my best to eat healthy again and stay fit so speaking of fit. If I wanted to try out tea, of course, I said yes. Because I had already tried it out and I already knew that. I was going to love the result and personally this is one of my favorite detox teas.
Because I love the smell and the taste and all the natural ingredients in there. You can either have this tea during morning time or night time. I prefer it using daytime to get my day started. You can either have it cold or hot. For me, I using these teas at least once a year just to motivate me and improve my immune system and just cleanse my body.
1. Smoothie Bowl
All right, first I’m going to start with the delicious Smoothie Bowl. You’re going to need some fruit, a good blender for making smoothies you can use frozen fruit or fresh fruit. I like using frozen fruit and I wish I had some acai because that’s my favorite. I’m also going to add some coconut water, but you don’t have to. You can use just water or any other juices or even milk. since I’m using frozen fruit, I’m not going to add any ice to my blender. but if you’re using fresh fruit go ahead and add some ice.
I do not use all of the coconut water. I’m going to fill it up halfway, that it’s a little bit thicker and not too runny or else our topping will just sink in. When everything is blended, this is the consistency you want I wish, it was a little bit thicker. Now, I’m going to pour it into a bowl then spread it out and add the toppings. Now time for the fun part the toppings. you can add whatever you want.
2. Egg Salad
Next, I’m going to take the easy egg salad. I know this is pretty random. But, all are you’re going to need are cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, or cilantro and egg. First I’m going to start dicing the cucumbers and then I’m going to do the same for my tomato. Next, I’m going to chop up some parsley. Now I’m going to take my boiled eggs. You can use as you want. I’m going to take that out and just use egg white. Now that I have everything into one bowl. I’m going to add some salt, some cayenne paper and also some dried minute add flavor.
3. Avocado Toast
I’m going to make some Avocado Toast. I’m pretty sure, you’ve seen this everywhere, but it’s so simple and so good. So, the first thing I’m going to pop a piece of toast in the toaster. Then I’m going to move on to the avocado. So, I’m just going to cut up the Vaccaro. You can cut it however you want. Now I’m taking a fork and mashing the avocado and then I’m going to spread it on my piece of toast and add my toppings. I’m going to put cucumbers and tomatoes on mine. But you can put whatever you want and I’m also going to add some salt, pepper.
4. Mini Egg Muffins
Now I’m going to move on to these delicious and easy egg muffins and like everything else I’ve made. You can add your own twist to them substitute things so far example. If you don’t like bacon, you can easily take that out. Substitute it with something else or not even add at all. But I’m going to use turkey bacon while that’s cooking on the skillet. I’m going to move on to my veggies. Now I’m chopping up some green onions or scallions and I’m also going to add some mushrooms and parsley.
Now that I have my scallions, mushrooms, and cilantro into the bowl. I’m going to add my bacon and my eggs. I’m going to use 4 eggs. One whole egg and 3 eggs white. After I finish mixing everything together I added some seasoning and I’m going to take my mini cupcake tray. Now I’m going to pop them in the oven. My oven is already preheated to 350 Fahrenheit and I’m going to place these in there about 30 minutes. Depending on how crispy you want yours.
5. Parfait In A Jar
I’m making this really simple parfait in this mason jar makes. It looks so cute. First, I’m just adding some yogurt. You can use any yogurt you want. I’m just using the plan and I’m going to add some granola, some of my favorite fruits, some honey, some chia seed and you can pop the lid back on and take it to go. If you’re in a hurry, this is perfect, if you’re running late for school or work.
6. Pasta for breakfast
This my favorite delicious tree and now you can eat it too with the super delicious recipe that will change your day. I’ve been eating pasta for breakfast for years. With crispy, bacon, scallions sweet, tomatoes and sunny side up egg on top. It’s the perfect way to kick start your day. Here’s what you need pasta, bacon, scallions, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, butter, and eggs. You can save your time by using the pasta maker while cooking.
We just want to cook our bacon until it’s slightly crispy. Then I’m going to add pasta and add a quarter cup of pasta that pasta water. Your scallions and your tomatoes, it’s going to add a little salt some fresh cracked pepper and we’re just going to stir this and let the pasta continue cooking. Fried the egg and then I’m going to top it with some freshly grated parmesan.
