Not only him but many Instagrammers and YouTubers from different parts of the world are apparently, promoting the positive acne movement.
The movement focuses on talking about skin problems on the public forums and doing away with the shame from discussing these issues and fighting them in public, and not trying to hide them in public.
Pimples and acne are universal and three out of every 4 people between the age of 11 and 30 years suffer from these. But it is a myth that you will not suffer from acne after 30 rather the chance that acne will haunt you even after 30 is pretty strong.

As per experts acne can affect in any age group, hormonal fluctuations can lead to pimples in any age. The other prominent factors affecting pimples are an erratic menstrual cycle, stress, stress, and use of oil-based skin and make-up products.

Why do we get pimples?
Oil glands that exist under the skin produce an oily substance called sebum, they are connected to the pores on the skin through the follicles. Sebum produced by the glands carries the dead cells to the skin surface through follicles and pimples break out when these follicles get blocked and oil accumulates under the skin.
Skin cells and sebum get mixed together and facilitate breakouts. The situation gets aggravated by the presence of bacteria on the skin.
During puberty as the hormones change, sebaceous glands grow bigger and start to produce extra sebum, and this can clog the pores in a very stubborn manner.
What are the basic types of spots caused by pimples?
Pimples and acne develop not only on the face but also on chest and back. The common type of pimples are blackheads that have small black bump on the skin clogging the pores, whiteheads are yellow whitish bumps similar to blackhead.
Papules are tiny red bumps that are quite painful, pustules are papules with white tips in the center filled with pus, nodules are large, hard and painful pumps on the skin.
What should be the basic CTM routine to remove the pimples?
To remove acne or pimples one needs to take very good care of the skin. A little effort in the self-care will go a long way to deal with the skin. Taking good care of skin is essential nut picking or popping of zits should be strictly avoided as it could make the acne all the worse and lead to blemishes and scarring.

1. Washing your face
The first step to remove pimples is to wash the face. Washing face twice a day is sufficient as washing too much of face can also lead to dryness of skin. Washing the face in the right way is also crucial as this will solve the problem half the way.

2. Use warm water
Tie your hair in the ponytail and wash the face with warm water. Hot water will dry out the skin and this could lead to extra secretion of oil. Warm water, on the other hand, can loosen the dirt in the pores.
3. Use a good cleanser
After you have washed the face with cleanser apply a gel-based cleanser and massage it gently on the face, moving from the center of the face, outwards.
Gently rub around the nose, forehead, jawline, hairline, and chin. These are the places where sweat, oil, and dirt gather the most. Do not scrub where there is a breakout.

Using a soft and clean towel pat softly on the face to dry the face. Do not rub the face as it could disturb the elasticity of the skin and near the eyes, you need to be extra gentle.
5. Time for toning
Do use the toners, after patting the face to dry it take a cotton ball, dip it in toner and clean your face with it. Apply moisturizer immediately after this so that the oil balance can be restored without any disturbance.
This step should be done twice every day, once in the morning and then in the night. Products that have benzoyl peroxide can be used as they are antibacterial, but before starting to use them consult a dermatologist.
