The movie has been directed by Shekhar Kapur who got the Filmfare Best Director Award for his outstanding work. Actress, Seema Biswas has performed the lead role.
3. Gandhi, My Father
Gandhi My Father, the movie has been directed by none other than very famous, Feroz Abbas Khan. The film shows the relationship between Gandhiji and his eldest son, Harilal Gandhi. The role of Gandhi has been played by Darshan Jariwala and the role of Harilal was done by Akshay Khanna.
4. Paan Singh Tomar
The very young and talented actors of the Bollywood, Irrfan Khan has played the lead role in the movie. The movie has been produced and directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. The story is based on the true events wherein an athlete who was a gold medal winner at Indian National Congress turns into a dacoit.
This is surely a great masterpiece produced and directed by Hansal Mehta. The movie features very talented Rajkumar Rao in the lead role. The movie is based on the life f a lawyer and human rights activist Shahid Azmi, who was assassinated in Mumbai in 2010.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is one of the well-made biopics ever in the history of Bollywood, based upon the life of Flying Sikh, Milkha Singh. It is written by Prasoon Joshi. The lead role has been played by Farhan Akhtar as Milkha Singh.
7. Mary Kom
Mary Kom is based on the life and struggle of the Indian Boxer, Mary Kom. The lead role has been played by Priyanka Chopra. Directed by Omung Kumar, the movie has shown the journey of Mary who went to follow her dreams after facing all the hardships throughout her journey to become the first Indian woman boxer.
