3. Cleaning hand towels
Also, try to keep your hand towels clean. It is because you use your hand towels very frequently whenever you wash your hands to dry your hands. If your towels are dirty and unhygienic, it may affect you.
4. Avoid shaking hands
As its a virus, you never know when you can get that and from where. So, it’s better to stay away from any human contact. This is why you should avoid doing handshakes and try doing Namaste while greeting people.
5. Avoid touching your face too much
It’s our habit, we keep touching our nose or face multiple times in a day. Now, you need to be very cautious and careful to get any kind of infection. So, try not to touch your face during these days to stay away from the Corona Virus.
6. Disinfecting common surfaces
The main focus on washing hands is because you are more likely to get the virus from someone coughing or sneezing directly into your face. You are much more likely to catch the virus by touching something that someone else touched after coughing into their hand. This can partly be prevented by disinfecting surfaces.
7. Wearing masks
Wearing masks these days may sound logical. If you do that you can prevent yourself from getting the infections from this virus which may be present in the air. So, try to leave your home or office after wearing a mask.
8. Seeking medical care
This may be the most crucial question: When do mild symptoms warrant attention? Most people are not accustomed to seeking care or testing when they have a mild cough. It is not advisable. Even if you have a light fever, cough or cold. Consult your doctor.
