You can repeat this process twice daily to get a lighter-toned skin in your inner thighs.

4. Yogurt

Yogurt has excellent mild bleaching properties and some amount of zinc which helps in healing sunburns. You can apply yogurt on your inner thigh for a few minutes and let it stay for around 15 minutes. Wash it off with warm water. Repeat this process at least once every day.

5. Coconut oil

Coconut oil has essential fatty acids that help in lightening up your hyperpigmentation in your inner thighs. Coconut oil also works as an excellent moisturizer too. So you can also get rid of dark spots on your inner thighs by using coconut oil by mixing it up with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in it. Let it stay for around 10 minutes. You can do this every alternate day to get effective results.
