If you solely take up the responsibility of all the household chores then it could negatively affect your health and make your blood pressure rise and make you the victim of unnecessary stress.
Thus delegate the work on other family members or outsource the help, so that you get some rest.
5. Artificial sugar in your diet
The zero calories diet coke or sugar-free desserts are simply marketing gimmicks are nowhere better than their original versions. On the contrary, they are more harmful and can cause a lot of health issues.
Stevia is the only alternative to sugar that is recommended, but this can have a laxative effect so should be used only if it suits you.

Please do not make google your doctor as all the disease that is searched on google end in some form of cancer. The condition of the disease can be worsened is the symptoms and cures are searched here, rather visit the official doctor for better treatment.
