Krishna Tamalia Vora, who is a lawyer by profession and entrepreneur by choice. She is also the founder and director of Mom’s therapy which is her herbal remedies label which she launched in 2016. Under this brand, she shares her mother’s home remedy for hair oil and skincare that has helped a lot. Due to her passion and commitment towards achieving something huge in her life, she decided to start her own hair oil and skincare brand followed by her mother’s home remedy.

1. Come out of your comfort zone if you want to become successful
This holds true that comfort zones do no good to anyone! We have so much to learn and explore each day and every moment. So, it is very essential to come out of your comfort zone and learn something new.
Here are her thoughts from her entrepreneurial journey which she has learnt after coming out of her comfort zone.
She said, “I am a lawyer by profession which was a very satisfying profession. However, thanks to my wonderful family, I have been encouraged to step out of the traditional walls of Indian society and explore my entrepreneurial skills. Once I stepped out of this cultural comfort zone, I became a Director and a Legal Advisor. This is when I realized that women can play many roles. It is when you move out of the comfort zone, that you realize your full potential and get to exhibit your subtle strength.”
These are her motivating words. In a nutshell, she wanted to convey a very strong message here that how she ditched her comfort zone she got promoted to another post by practising and exploring her entrepreneurial skills. It is rightly said by her that a woman can play any role as she is capable of doing that in a way she is comfortable. Doing this way will make you more successful and will help you reach your potential.

2. Recognize your hobbies and convert them into a passion
Your hobbies and interests hold a very crucial place in your individual life. According to her, to be successful, you need to identify your interests first before turning them into a passion. She also did the same. Have a look at what she has to say about this-
Vora says, “I tapped into my inherent passion and knowledge for skin and hair care through the implementation of Herbal & Ayurvedic ingredients. Thus from a hobby was born a commercial venture “Palasa Body Solutions Pvt Limited”! I branded all my products under the name “Mom’s Therapy”. The concept was naturally inspired by the knowledge that has been passed on from my grandmother to my mother and from my mother to me.”
Here, she wanted to say convey that identifying your hobbies and passion is important before you jump on them to start making money from them. She had a passion for learning about hair and skincare regimen which her mother had learnt from her mother and then she learnt from her mother.

3. You should know how to accept your failures
She says, unless you know the art of accepting failures in your life, you will never be able to taste true success. Yes, they will break you down initially, but they will also make you strong and will prepare you for something better.
Vora says “Do not get nervous with initial failures and remain confident always. Failures are only a part of the new journey because you have just stepped out of your comfort zone. Try to get valuable feedback to consistently improve. I used to, and yet do, ask my customers to lend their negative reviews first so that I can improve on their feedback.”
Here she tries to convey that never be afraid of accepting your failures if you want to improve further. Getting failed is also a part of your life and it will make you even stronger. Never discourage someone or comment if someone puts a negative remark on you instead you should try to get those negative points in a positive way to improve yourself. This is what she asks her customers to improve her brand consistently.
