1. Try to stay away from him/her
Don’t be a fool. Don’t contact him/her or try to get back into the same relationship again. Try not to peep into their social media accounts. Ask me why? Because this will only be hurting you as you can’t convince someone to love you forcibly.
2. Try to mix up things if possible
You know you can lessen up your emotional pain by changing the environment you live in. Regardless, of whether your home which reminds you of your ex, try moving furniture around. If you love greenery, you can place pots all over your room which will give you a piece of mind.
3. Take up new activities
You need to plan a decent schedule for you stating how you will spend up your whole day when you would be sitting idle. You can also try to socialize with new people around you or maybe with your old friends. This will help to bridge the psychological distance between you and your ex which makes you feel alone sometimes and reminds you of him.
4. Stay healthy and fit
Don’t let anything eat you up terribly. So try to get better sleep, eat well and exercise a lot. Do this thing when if you don’t want to as this will motivate you only. Nothing is better than doing an exercise on a regular basis which makes you and your body fit.
5. Create a bitch list
Make a list of everything which your ex did to you to hurt your feelings. Don’t hold back yourself write each and every little detail about them. Above all, don’t make excuses that you aren’t able to do this. Be real about what you write in that list. Seriously, try it out it will make you feel much better.
6. Meditate for 15 minutes
Just try to disconnect you and your ex by practicing some yoga enchanting. Deep relaxation and meditation will allow your body and mind to become active. Not only this, but it will also make you feel better as your daily routine will get rearranged.
7. Eat serotonin food
The process of your breakup recovery is supported by the type of food you eat. Having lots of serotonin food during this phase helps you make happy. When your serotonin levels are low, you are more depressed and when they are high you feel happier. Try adding bananas, milk, yogurt, nuts, eggs, cheese and beans to level up your serotonin levels.
