The host of “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” Ryan Seacrest, has said that he is leaving the show
Ryan said he was leaving the talk show on Thursday’s live episode of Live With Kelly and Ryan. He said that working with Kelly was one of his favourite parts of his job: “Working with Kelly for the last six years has been a dream job.”
She has been a great partner, friend, and confidante, and even though we will always be in each other’s lives, I will miss our mornings together,” he said of his talk show co-host Kelly.
Seacrest went on to thank the show’s producers and crew, saying, “We’ve made memories that will last a lifetime, met some of the most interesting people, and been invited into the homes of so many Americans.” It’s been an amazing ride, and I can’t wait to pass the torch to Kelly’s “real” husband, Mark.

Seacrest also posted an emotional message on Instagram saying that he was leaving. “I’ll miss my work wife and all the laughs we have together,” said Seacrest. I had planned to host Live for three years, but I’ve enjoyed my time there and working with Kelly. It was so much that I’ve decided to keep going for another season.”
He said that one of the nice things about his job was that he got to. “Share a cup of coffee with our viewers every day”. I’ll keep doing my radio shows on KIIS-FM and Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. But I’ll be leaving Live in the spring to film the upcoming 21st season of American Idol in Los Angeles. To spend the summer opening three more Ryan Seacrest Foundation Studios at children’s hospitals across the country.
The talk show host said, “I’m looking forward to being a guest host again in the future, and Kelly. I promise to always share my cooking photos, chicken eggs, and olive oil.” And Mark, my brother, you can redesign my closet if you want to.”

Mark Consuelos, who is married to Kelly Ripa, has taken over as host of the talk show from Ryan Seacrest. “Live With Kelly and Mark” is the new name of the show.
