Less than a day after they revealed that the pro golfer’s ex-girlfriend – the two were together for six years – was suing him to nullify an NDA she signed at the beginning of their relationship, they revealed another lawsuit.

“Because the defendant and the trust he runs have used the Woods NDA against her so aggressively. The plaintiff isn’t sure if she can talk about, among other things, facts that she thinks to give her legal claims,” the filing says.
Herman and Woods Started Dating in 2017
Two years after working under Woods in his restaurant, Herman made her debut as his girlfriend. Even she attended the President’s Cup in September 2017. Pepz saw the couple together at the event, and they spotted Herman with a ‘player spouse’ credential. She also came to tournament opening ceremonies along with other players’ wives and girlfriends.
In October 2017, Woods made his relationship with Herman’s Instagram official. The couple moved into Woods’ Jupiter, Florida mansion in 2021. While this may be the first time Erica Herman publicly filed a lawsuit. This isn’t the first time that she stuck herself in legal issues. Erica was in a conflict after The Woods restaurant was sued for the wrongful death of one of their employees. After they served an employee alcohol at the restaurant, the employees got into a fatal car crash.
As a result, the deceased’s family filed a negligence lawsuit against the restaurant. And also some of its employees, including Erica Herman and Tiger Woods. Although they settled out of court in 2020, they never made the payment details public.
