In December 2022, Katrina Kaif Vicky Kaushal took everyone by surprise when they got married in a hush-hush wedding. They fall in love with each other for some time. The duo tied the knot in front of their family and close friends. It happened at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
Vicky also stated that he has learned a lot more in the last year because he has lived with a companion. “You learn a lot when you start living with a person and when you have a companion. I think in the past year, I’ve learned so much more than the years I was single,” he said.
So, when did this power couple first meet?
For the uninitiated, Katrina Kaif Vicky Kaushal met at filmmaker Zoya Akhtar’s party, and their romance bloomed after that. Kaif and Kaushal had never even worked together in a film before that. Everyone believed that their rendezvous manifested on Koffee with Karan’s famous wish-granting couch.
In a 2019 episode, Johar asked the actress who she would like to work with in her next project. The diva named our very own Punjabi munda, stating that they would look really good together.
Katrina was not expecting to fall in love
The couple’s gorgeous wedding photos indeed amused all of us online without any confirmation. We don’t even know whether they were even dating in the first place. Kaif too said that she didn’t expect her relationship with the actor.
“It was my destiny and it was meant to be. There were so many coincidences that at one point all of it just felt so unreal,” the Kay Beauty founder said.

The National award-winning actor, who has earlier mentioned that marriage made him a better person, heaped praise on his lovely wife in his interview with Lifestyle Asia. According to Vicky Kaushal, he became the best version of himself after he fell in love with Katrina Kaif. “I think a person in love is always the best version of themselves and I guess that’s what is radiating out of me. Also, I love my wife. I love my family. I’m in love with life. And I guess that is what comes out. I think that is what reaches the audience.”
