But if you are still interested in being in the medical field, you can choose to be a nurse. Nurses still have a good amount of school that is hard but not near the number of years as a doctor.
As a nurse, you are the one to help patients with their care when the doctor is not around. It is a great way to be hands-on in the medical field without as much pressure. You will need to be able to take vitals on patients and be able to look for warning signs in your patients as they tell you things as their nurse.
A nurse can work in a lot of different settings including hospitals, family practices, specialty offices, and nursing homes. You will be able to find the work environment that is right for you with all the different options out there.
