Displaying hospitals with an available schedule allows them to conveniently orient the patient and choose the best option. If the appointment is canceled or postponed, the coordinator receives a notification and can immediately make adjustments.
“The main advantage for the patient is the opportunity to immediately discuss with the patient manager a convenient place and time of appointment and choose a suitable clinic. The new solution allows us to unload our medical console and improve customer service,” comments Anton Volvak, founder of the company and author of the AiroMedical project.
