This act of purchasing the mansion took place weeks before the couple finalized their divorce. The 6,600-square-foot Miami beach mansion is affluent with five luxurious bedrooms. Gisele purchased this magical mansion on October 6th. Thus, it was almost two weeks before the couple publicly confirmed their separation.

What is more intriguing is that the mansion is a direct view of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback’s under-construction mansion, located on Indian Creek Island. Reports tell us that Gisele first witnessed this place on August 16th, days before Brady took the astonishing 11-day break from the NFL. There were speculations that he did so in order to salvage their relationship.
As for Tom’s under-construction mansion, the grand property includes a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay. Indeed, Bündchen’s current home is in Surfside, directly across the waterway called Indian Creek, where Brady’s mansion is stationed.
