When can We Expect to See Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora?
Although the release date for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is still unknown, the most recent earnings report from Ubisoft indicates that it will probably release between April 2023 and March 2024. It was initially intended to release with Avatar: The Way of Water in 2022; however, Ubisoft has yet to announce a firm release date for the game since its E3 2021 reveal.
Platforms for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
The platforms PC, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Amazon Luna will all support Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. The game is “built exclusively for the new console generation and PC,” according to developers Massive Entertainment. So those hoping to play it on last-gen devices will somewhere be disappointed.

More than a few recognizable sights, such as flying Ikran, Thanators, and Direhorses, as well as several first- and third-person views of stunning Pandoran vistas, are shown in the teaser. The human RDA forces posing a threat to the indigenous Na’vi are also briefly visible.

Although Massive has characterized Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora as an “immersive, open world” first-person action adventure, somewhat of a specialty for Ubisoft, we have yet to see much actual gameplay.
In the open world of Pandora, players might be able to mount Direhorses, Ikran, and other beasts to travel long distances quickly. This is supported by the First Look trailer, which features several segments of mounted combat and traversal.
There will be many NPCs worldwide who can do things except stand motionless and wait for the player to interact with them. The world’s conditions, such as the weather, player progress, or time of day, are understood by our NPCs, according to Lead Narrative Realization Designer Alice Rendell.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Developers
Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft division, is working on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. Far Cry 3, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, and World in Conflict were all developed by Massive Entertainment in the past, as well as Tom Clancy’s The Division and The Division 2.
Along with Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Massive Entertainment is now working on a Star Wars game with no official name.
