Cain was arrested and was charged with attempted premeditated murder. His offenses involved shooting at a motor vehicle, attempt to murder, assault with a deadly weapon, assault with a firearm etc.
Needless to say, Cain found himself sinking in a lot of legal issues. Despite his many efforts and pleading, he was not allowed to go free. All his requests for bails were turned down by the judge. Finally, after eight months of pleading and efforts, his bail was granted.
A judge by the name of Arthur Bocanehra let him go. However, this was after Cain agreed to a $1 million bond. Needless to say, Cain was very happy with his new found freedom.
The current updates of his whereabouts are not available in public. This is because he is mostly under house arrest and if not, then he is kept under strong supervision by the authorities. However, this legal fight continued till a trial hearing, which took place on 30th June of the year 2023.
