The lawsuit is imprecise, grouping all of the defendants together rather than making specific claims against each.”
As if that weren’t enough, Kodak’s lawyer added, “it’s law school 101. And I am embarrassed that Ms Allred actually signed her name to the case.” Justin Bieber, on the other hand, has yet to reply to the case.

This Difference
The alleged victims blame Kodak for the shooting and believe. However, he was a major trigger in the incident, according to the papers. They believe he intended to do harm and exacerbate the incident.
The alleged victims also hold the venue, the organizers. The artists are accountable because they believe the event’s security was inadequate.
Gloria Allred is representing the alleged victims in their case for monetary damages against Kodak. Justin, The Nice Guy, The Hwood Group, and Revolve Group, as well as the cities of Los Angeles, West Hollywood, and Los Angeles County. I haven’t seen a complaint written this poorly in 26 years.
Cohen then goes on to say… “Rather than naming each defendant individually, Ms. Allred makes broad claims against all of them, making the lawsuit difficult to grasp. The first day of law school is today. Ms Allred’s signature on that complaint is unacceptable.”
