What, exactly, does Marshmello do for a living?

Chris Comstock is the real name of Marshmello. DJ and producer of electronic music who lives in the U.S. He was born on May 19, 1992, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. Both of his parents are doctors. He is best at bass, synthesisers, and electronic dance music with a groove. Moe Shalizi is the man who runs his business.

 Then we found out that Marshmello was really just Chris Comstock the whole time. Aside from “Dotcom,” he also goes by a few other names.

When he posted a video to YouTube on May 19, 2016, which was both Marshmello’s and Comstock’s birthday. However, Skrillex was praised for being honest about who he really is.

Skrillex took a call in the middle of his interview with Katie Couric. When Katie told him his name was Chris, he said, “Oh, Marshmello.” Marshmello, whose real name is Christopher Comstock and whose nickname is Dotcom, has made it easy to find more photos of him on Instagram.

When did people first start to notice Marshmello?

The musician, who is now 29 years old, put out his first original hit, “Wavez,” in 2015. At the beginning of 2015, the song was on his SoundCloud page. Then he put out new versions of songs that the American DJ duo Jack Ü and the Russian-German DJ Zedd had already done.

He kept making records, but other artists eventually got more attention. Skrillex decided to show his support for him by putting one of his songs, “Find Me,” on SoundCloud after hearing it.

The performer has worked with many well-known musicians before. Joytime was his first studio album, which came out in 2017. Joytime 2 and Joytime 3 followed in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Marshmello’s rise to fame was helped by the songs “Alone,” “Keep It Mello,” and “Silence,” which featured Khalid.

Selena Gomez’s “Wolves,” Anne Marie’s “Friends,” Logic’s “Everyday,” Bastille’s “Happier,” Roddy Ricch’s “Project Dreams,” Halsey’s “Be Kind,” Juice WRLD’s “Come & Go,” Kane Brown’s “One Thing Right,” and Demi Lovato’s “One Thing Right” all have guest appearances from other artists (OK Not to Be OK)

Marshmello has become famous by trying out many different kinds of music

Marshmello doesn’t like being interviewed in person, but he did talk to Complex last year about his favourite types of music.

In an interview with Complex magazine in April of 2021, Marshmello said, “I started out with electronic music and am just now getting into hip hop, so there were a lot of artists I could compare Marshmello to.
