JJ is one of the best friends of John B. in Outer Banks and the role is pulled by Rudy Pankow. He is a truly loyal Pogue among the cast of Outer Banks. In the movie, JJ Outer Banks is known as a delinquent who repeatedly gets into trouble.
But we see that most of these are wrong accusations as his father is an abusive alcoholic who often lands in prison. JJ does everything in his capabilities to clear off John and Sarah’s names before they search for the Cross of Santo Domingo.
