Ron Jeremy, is an American porn actor who has been in the adult entertainment industry for over four decades. With a trademark moustache and a nickname “Hedgehog,” Jeremy has appeared in more than 1,700 X-rated films and has become a pop culture icon through music videos, reality shows, and public appearances.

Goldfarb also pointed out that Jeremy had been a lover to over 4,000 women, and the allegations against him were beyond comprehension. Despite his claims, Jeremy was ordered to undergo psychiatric examinations before the trial.
Recently, in a hearing, the judge declared Jeremy mentally incompetent to stand trial after reviewing reports from both prosecutors and defence. The judge stated that the porn actor was in an “incurable neurocognitive decline” from which he was unlikely to recover. Jeremy has been in prison since his arrest in 2020, and with his mental condition, he cannot stand trial.
The Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney, Paul Thompson, said that mental health experts for both the prosecution and the defence found Jeremy mentally incapacitated, with little chance of recovery. Therefore, the porn actor will be declared incompetent to stand trial, and his prognosis for improvement is not good.
Because criminal proceedings are suspended as long as he is incompetent, there is no possibility of trying him for his crimes. Moreover, they cannot get a guilty plea from him or discuss other measures to get justice for the victims in this case.
