However, Netflix has now unveiled a steamy teaser trailer for the show. A, also it came with some first-look pictures. Therefore Netflix also revealed The release date for the season on the streaming platform.
However, the show follows Billie, as a wife and mother. As she starts fantasising about her ex-boyfriend Brad after getting bored of the monotonous life with her husband, Cooper. So, The teaser has revealed that the love triangle will continue in the upcoming season. Also there will be passionate love-making scenes.
Sex/Life Season 2 Official Teaser is Out
Season 1 ended on a cliffhanger with Billie running back to her ex-lover Brad after attempting to recover her relationship with her husband, Cooper. Besides, Mike Vogel played that role. Brad didn’t respond to her advances, leaving Billie’s future uncertain.
The Sex/Life Season 2 teaser picks up right where Season 1 left off, with Billie (Sarah Shahi) arriving at Brad’s (Adam Demos) door. The lovers are reunited as other characters — namely Billie’s husband, Cooper (Mike Vogel) — dare to envision married lives with multiple sexual partners as well.
The series also stars Margaret Odette as Sasha Snow. Also they are in the throes of a passionate romance with a new fling in the teaser. Her love interest is Kam Evans, played by Cleo Anthony.
Moreover, Billie narrates the season 2 trailer, stating: “Not everyone has it. The desire to wake up and, stop sleepwalking through our lives. To stop trying to do the right thing while denying our truth, but those of us who do, we tread in dangerous waters.”
Sex/Life season 2 cast
Netflix has confirmed additional cast members including Dylan Bruce (Orphan Black), Craig Bierko (UnREAL), Darius Homayoun (Succession) and Cleo Anthony (She’s Gotta Have It).
However, they will be joining Billie Connelly (played by Sarah Shahi), and her ex-boyfriend (and maybe current lover?) Brad, who is played by Adam Demos.
Sex/Life season 2 release date
Sex/Life season 2 is scheduled to land on Netflix on 2nd March 2023.
Filming for season 2 began in February 2022, according to cast member Adam Demos.
At the time, Dems plays Billie’s ex-love Brad. Al, so he posted a photo from the original season on Instagram along with the caption: “Almost time to start @sexlife season 2. Pumped!”
Netflix confirmed that it renewed Sex/Life for a second season back in September 2021.
The Season will Focus on Second Chances, Says Showrunner
