A recent leak indicates that the Google Nest Wifi Pro would cost more than previous models when it launches soon. The information was released by B&H Photo in advance of Google’s Pixel presentation, which is set for October 6.
The term “Google Nest Wifi Pro 6E” produced a number of results. Although those B&H listings are no longer available, we were able to take screenshots of them before they vanished.
The price is listed as $199, which is $80 more than the current sale price of $119 and $30 more than the 2019 Nest Wifi’s suggested retail price of $169.
Additionally, B&H announces two bundle options: a $299 two-pack and a $399 three-pack. There are four color options listed: Snow, Linen, Fog, and Lemongrass.
While the three-pack offers both Snow and multicolored options, the two-pack is only offered in Snow. These early postings were made accidentally without any images or other information.

What we can anticipate is hinted at by the name of the device, Google Nest Wifi Pro 6E.
The most recent Wi-Fi standard, Wi-Fi 6E, extends the already quick Wi-Fi 6 specification by a second frequency band. This will be useful in networks with lots of connected smartphones, PCs, and smart gadgets.

According to 9to5Google, the “Pro” naming convention hints that Google might continue to sell the basic Nest Wi-Fi in addition to this new model.
The absence of any reference of a Nest Point in the B&H listings is another point worth mentioning. The Nest Wifi and this less expensive device combine to increase the coverage area within your house or place of business.
The earlier Nest Point is a Wi-Fi 5 device and cannot transmit a Wi-Fi 6 or 6E signal, even if the Nest Wifi Pro is compatible with it.
We won’t have to wait long to learn more about the Google Nest Wifi Pro router, as Google’s next event is only a few weeks away. There are some fantastic sales on Google Wi-Fi routers right now if you need a network upgrade sooner.
Pricing for Google’s ‘Nest WiFi Pro 6E’ leaked
According to 9to5Mac, a B&H Photo Video listing may have prematurely leaked information on Google’s upcoming WiFi 6E router.
Pre-order prices for the “Google Nest WiFi Pro 6E” are listed as $199.99 for a single device in a variety of colors, or $299.99 and $399.99 for 2- and 3-packs.
There are no images or more information displayed, therefore it is unclear if it will come with “Point” network extenders.
On October 6, Google will host a Made By Google event where it will introduce the Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel Watch, and “additions to the Nest smart home portfolio.”
The Nest WiFi Pro, which was previously listed in a leaked FCC filing that described Bluetooth LE and mesh networking, now appears to be included in that.
The Nest WiFi router is ordinarily $349 for a three-pack,. But it is presently discounted by $150, while the Google WiFi router is also on sale for $100.
