He portrayed a bailiff for four years in a television legal drama series. Spivey played the bailiff beside Judge Cristina Perez in the courtroom drama Justice For All from 2012 to 2016.

Fox News said that when police arrived at the scene of a domestic disturbance call, they discovered Spivey suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. After further investigation, police allegedly discovered his shot-dead wife, 52-year-old Patricia Ann Marshall Spivey.
Charges in Court and Spivey’s Alleged Confession

Spivey allegedly admitted to police that he had used steroids before an argument with Patricia. This was according to charges read out in court on Monday.
Spivey claims the altercation started when one person attempted to take the other’s gun from the table. At least three shots were fired. In this, two of which struck Patricia and one of which struck Renard.
Where is Renard Spivey Now?
In the early stages of that crime, he was in prison. Due to Spivey’s past interactions with law enforcement and the gravity of the murder charge against him, the government sought a sizable bond from him. He was granted bail as a result. The judge decided to grant a bailout of more than $800,000.
Renard Spivey could post the bond because the judge decreased the prosecution’s request for a bond from approximately $100,000 to $50,000.
