Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin is a spin-off the film series Pitch Perfect and shows Bumper journeying to Berlin in the hopes of reviving his career. We see him travelling to Berlin after his interpretive performance of 99 Red Balloons takes the world of the German TikTok by storm. Not long ago Peacock released this show which is a fresh comedy series. Indeed, all the episodes promised a lot of humour and slapstick comedy and drew to a close with a shocking cliffhanger. Thus, the fans are now eagerly waiting for the return of the show with a second season.
As of now, Peacock has not picked up Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin for a second season. However, there is nothing to worry for the fans as it is way too early to judge the fate of the show. About the show
The show begins in medias res. Ten years have passed since Bumper Allen graduated from his college. Bumper lives a dull life. He works as a security guard for his alma mater. In fact, he sings a cappella as a hobby with the unenthusiastic Tonehangers. However, after a sudden phone call from his old acquaintance Pieter, Bumper is sure that he can make his musical dreams come true.
His long dreams of becoming a pop star might actually be possible now. He will just have to drop everything and migrate to Berlin. Indeed, Bumper desires to perform a hit single at the famous German Unity Day. Therefore, we see Bumper evolving into the musical artist he has always wanted to be. In fact, he discovers his long-lost confidence and romance along the way.
