Mandy Moore will play the character of investigative journalist Benita Alexander. Benita will finally fall in love with Paolo Macchiarini before knowing the ultimate truth about him.

About Christopher Daniel Duntsch
He is an erstwhile American neurosurgeon. Indeed, he ends up maiming several patients’ spines and falls responsible for two deaths while working at hospitals in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In fact, before the Texas Medical Board revokes his license he falls prey to the accusation of injuring 33 out of 38 patients in less than two years. In 2017, he was found guilty of maiming one of his patients. Thus, he faced life imprisonment.
