Well, this is an incredible exercise to remove your double chin problem. To do this exercise, your head should be tilt back and then you have to look towards the ceiling. When you start to push your lower jaw forward, then you will feel a stretch under your chin. Now, you need to hold the jaw jut for a 10 count. That’s it!

2. Tongue Stretch

This is also one of the best exercises to get rid of a double chin. This is an easy facial exercise that is mostly followed to remove the double chin. To perform this exercise, you need to look straight ahead and you have to stick your tongue out as far as you can. Initially, you will find it hard to stretch your tongue, but slowly and gradually, you will form a habit of doing this easily. You have to hold this exercise for 10 seconds and after that, you can release it.

Don’t worry, ball exercise will help you reduce your double chin. To do this exercise, you would need to place a 9 to 10-inch ball under your chin. Now, you have to press your chin down against the ball as much as you can. You can repeat this exercise 25 times daily and include this in your daily exercise routine to get rid of stubborn double chin fast.

5. Chin Lifts

Chin lifts always help you in working and extending the vast majority of the facial muscles, including the jaw, neck, and throat. However, make a point not to utilize some other facial muscle other than the lips while performing this very exercise. Start by lifting your head towards the roof, keeping your eyes fixed towards it.
