She took control of her health to shed pounds and found a healthier lifestyle. Besides her identity as an eminent American chef, she is also the co-owner of the Amuse Café. She shares the ownership with her husband, Nick Roberts. Williamson worked as the Executive Chef at Zax in Brentwood. Chris and Chantal Schaefer owned it. The chef, with her signature style of California-inspired dishes, has contributed to the massive popularity of this eatery. It was during her time there that she met Nick Roberts. Roberts was her sous chef in 2001. Later, they married, and he is now her husband and partner in business.

Recently, the chef posted a picture of herself. In the image, she was enjoying her well-deserved vacation at Kukui’ula, Kaua’i. She was wearing a one-piece, monochrome swimwear. Although she was giving off serious island vacation vibes, the internet fans kept themselves busy thinking about how she managed to stay that fit. 

Moreover, during some of her interviews, when she was asked about her diet, she said that she mainly focused on consuming whole foods. Furthermore, she adds, at home, the celebrity couple prefer to eat healthy. However, she confirms that they go out for dinners, and when they plan to eat out, they generally follow no restrictions on diet.

She became a sous chef at the age of 19 at Michael’s restaurant in Santa Monica. However, she was later hired as the executive chef at Zax in Brentwood. It was here that she met her husband, Nick Roberts. 

The couple opened their cafe in 2003. Over the years, they have opened several other establishments. These include Hudson House in Redondo Beach and the Tripel in Playa del Rey. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, some of their ventures were affected.
