It’s that sentimental time when we recall fond memories, such as our week with the Ford Bronco. We’ve been driving the 2021 Ford Bronco for a few months now, and none of the other SUVs we’ve driven come close. In January, when it was rather chilly outdoors, we had the 2021 Ford Bronco Sasquatch Wildtrack. Now, as summer approaches in June, we wish we still had a Bronco to take another ride around town.
While we made good use of the Bronco while it was available, there are some new things in the Summer weather that we’d want to explore. We didn’t get as much off-roading time as we had hoped due to a tremendous 12-inch snowfall.
1. The roof of the Ford Bronco is simple to remove
One thing we miss about the 2021 Ford Bronco is the ease with which We can remove the roof panels. We had a complex top type; we may simply remove the panels over the back seat by flipping the latches. To remove the rear panel, release the tailgate and back window glass and disconnect the rear wiper electrical connections. We may clip them into the rear panel retainers on the left side.
Then, using the standard equipment, remove the bolts that secure the back of the cover to each side with the Bronco-branded ratchet and P50 Torx driver. We may keep the bolts in the tool kit, and we can control the rest of the materials in an oversized protective cover in the back.
We couldn’t ride without the doors and roof panels during the snowstorm, but we’d love to ride without them on a hot day while exploring the woods.
2. The Ford Bronco is a lot of fun

Our Bronco model featured a 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine with 330 horsepower and 415 pound-feet of torque, and it was a lot of fun to drive. Edmunds states it has a 0-60 mph acceleration time of roughly 7.3 seconds.
This incredible speed for such a large, broad vehicle with enormous 35-inch tires. The Bronco does not swing in the wind, feels heavy or ponderous, and has little to no body roll around corners. The suspension is comfortable, and the steering is surprised responsive. The Bronco is a fun everyday driver that doesn’t tire you out.

3. That engine noise is fantastic
The engine noise of the 2021 Ford Bronco is fantastic. It was addictive to put it in sports mode simply to hear the engine crank while accelerating. Other possibilities, such as the Ford Maverick, Toyota RAV4, and Mazda CX-50, may not seem as appealing.
Wind and road noise, on the other hand, become particularly perceptible at more incredible speeds. After a three-hour motorway drive, our ears were exhausted.
4. The Ford Bronco is comfortable
The inside of the Bronco goes above and beyond expectations in terms of comfort. For lengthy journeys, we miss the bigger leather bucket seats, which are pretty supportive and comfortable. There were no complaints about painful buns or lower backs. The backseat is quite cozy. Taller passengers will have plenty of room to spread out. The backrest is comfortable. Four adults can fit in without difficulty.
The automated climate control technology is both quick and efficient. The cab instantly heats up when the temperature drops into the single digits to provide warmth. The heated steering wheel and seats are comfortable. Now we’re curious about how the system handles the heat.
5. The technology is simple to use

The new Ford Sync 4 software is excellent. The Bronco comes with an 8-inch or 12-inch touchscreen with clear graphics and quick reaction times. Locating what you’re searching for is simple, altering the settings without difficulty. A wireless phone charging pad is one option. Furthermore, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connections are quick and straightforward. The built-in navigation system detects voice commands and responds quickly.
The digital gauge cluster is also quite lovely. You may choose from various driving modes, including sport, environment, tow/haul, slippery, and others. The display contains vital information concerning off-roading and trailer towing.
6. The height of the Ford Bronco is just amazing
I enjoy the riding height. As a small person, having a good riding height is advantageous. I feel like the queen of the road in the Ford Bronco at 5’4″.
The Bronco Sasquatch has 11.6 inches of ground clearance with 35-inch tires. However, the SUV has a low center of gravity. It feels well-planted, and the table around bends, letting you confidently sit elegantly. Looking down at drivers with a better road vision is fantastic. It also felt good to grasp for the drive-through windows.
7. Ford Bronco Takes Off-roading to a whole new level
We need to go off-roading again with the Ford Bronco. It’s a fantastic experience in the snow, and we’re now ready to tackle dirt tracks through the woods. The High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension (HOSS) system gives you complete control. Furthermore, the front-stabilizer bar disconnect and locking differentials allow the Bronco to crawl over obstacles effortlessly.
Going up steep inclines in treacherous snow and ice was not difficult. The Bronco never slid or seemed underpowered. Finely calibrated shocks, springs, and a solid rear axle make this vehicle competent and steady.
The independent front suspension provides a smooth ride over rough terrain, FOX Live Valve 3.1 Internal Bypass Semi-Active Dampers, and End-Stop control valves. We could go on and on about the incredible suspension all day. We enjoyed the Bronco throughout the brutal winter months and are looking forward to another Bronco trip when the summer heats up.
