Physical education is something that is a need for today especially for kids. Activities like playing, running, is part of physical education. However, these days’ activities like deep breathing, meditation are also considered as physical education. There are a lot of benefits of being physically active. Moreover, it is also essential for growth. Therefore, regular physical activities or classes help their mental development as well.
Physical education lets the student enhance the physical aspects. For example, elementary and middle school promotes activities that can help kids improve skills. Therefore, skills like, running, throwing, catching or striking are the most played activities in this age group in the school. However other skills like balancing, dancing, and gymnastics can also be included. Whereas high school should promote the life time gaming sports like, tennis, cricket, aerobic. Which should build the team spirit.
Physical education in the school creates a sense of team spirit among the students, and they start seeing a particular activity as their career. Today we see famous tennis or cricket players were once started somewhere in a random school playground. Having a good physical regime also comes with a good healthy diet. Hence it promotes a healthy living lifestyle.
However, in the school students are asked only to develop small changes in terms of a healthy lifestyle. For example, they might be asked to simply follow a good diet or a change in diet only for about six weeks of the duration. And eventually this will create a lifetime habit in them which is beneficial for them.
In fact, physical education also develops a kid’s social development. For example, when they are a part of the team they will be asked to respect and communicate with others

Now we are not asking you to leave all the work and become a sportsman, NO!
It is just that the more you are active the more you will feel good about your day as well as the work you do. Taking steps is in your hand only. There is a saying that you just need to push yourself for the first few days and then it becomes your habit.
