1. Full-Time Active Duty

Therefore active duty means a person is ready to serve in regular military services and not the National Guard or the Reserve which are other types of military services. 2. National Guard
This type of military service comes under part-time but sometimes if there is a requirement they have to join active duty service. The National Guard works under the jurisdiction of a particular state. Therefore a National Guard report to the Governor. They have the requirement to train one weekend in a month. 3. Reserve
