Former President Donald Trump slammed pop superstar Rihanna’s highly expected Super Bowl halftime show. He decried it as the “single worst” such performance in history.
The 34-year-old music icon, was the sole headliner for the halftime show. She performed a medley of some of her greatest hits. She donned an entirely red ski suit ensemble that showed off her baby bump.
The performance was her first in five years. Rihanna was surrounded by dozens of dancers. Cladding in matching white ski suits and shaded goggles as she sang from multiple moving stages.
Despite performing while pregnant with her second child in two years. Trump was not impressed with the music and fashion mogul, who has been a foe of the former president.

“EPIC FAIL: Rihanna gave, without question, the single worst Halftime Show in Super Bowl history,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform Sunday evening. “This after insulting far more than half of our Nation. It is already in serious DECLINE, with her foul and insulting language. Also, so much for her ‘Stylist!’”
Trump made a similar dig against the platinum-selling artist on Thursday. He Shares a Truth Social post by Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), an ally of the former president who served as a White House physician. condemning the NFL for selecting Rihanna as a halftime performer despite her anti-Trump rhetoric.
Worst Performance In Super Bowl History,’ Says Trump
Fans may be praising Rihanna for her Super Bowl halftime performance on Sunday (Feb 12.), but Donald Trump feels a lot different. Calling her performance an epic fail” in a Truth Social post, Trump also took shots at her stylist.

The not-so-shocking comments from Trump come in response to a post. It was made by former White House physician Ronny Jackson. He claimed last week that the “Work” singer spray painted “F*** Donald Trump in a car in Texas in 2020.
Without her ‘Stylist’ she’d be NOTHING,” Trump wrote while sharing the post. “Bad everything, and NO TALENT!”
The incident Jackson was referring to took place in 2020 when Rihanna visited the famed Cadillac Ranch roadside attraction in Texas. She posted a series of pictures to social media that showcased her spray-painting a half-buried car with the words “F*** Trump” and captioned the post “art.”

The Republican’s harsh remarks came after Rihanna’s 13-minute performance on a floating stage above the NFL field. It was during the first Super Bowl 2023 match at State Farm Stadium in Arizona. Rihanna performed a medley of her biggest hits like “Umbrella” and “We Found Love” during her first live performance in 7 years.
She was seen wearing a red jumpsuit which also revealed her baby bump as she is expecting her second baby. In an earlier post, Trump called her “talentless”. Fans took to social media and had mixed feelings about her performances.
If you aren’t aware, Rihanna has strongly opposed Trump and his policies. During a 2019 Vogue interview, Rihanna referred to Trump as the “most mentally ill man in America.” In 2020, she posted photos showing graffiti that read “F*** Trump” on a Cadillac.
