Players of Modern Warfare 2 have been surprised by the developers’ decision to boost an attachment for the Lachmann Sub in Season 2 Reloaded even though it doesn’t exist. Infinity Ward has started releasing ‘Reloaded’ patches for Modern Warfare 2 just like they did for Modern Warfare 2019 and Call of Duty: Vanguard.
At the midway of a season, these upgrades appear and allow the developers an opportunity to fix any issues they may have first noticed. A new multiplayer level, the Tempus Torrent, and some weapon adjustments have all been added to MW2 Season 2 Reloaded.
Yet, the creators have also strangely increased the Nebula Barrel’s damage output and recoil control for the Lachmann Sub.
Despite not Existing, The Lachmann Sub Attachment Received A Boost in MW2
On March 16, Redditor KNEXIUM brought attention to it when they reported the bonus of the fake attachment as a “fun fact” for other players.
A few players mistakenly believed they were the only ones who had seen the buff go in-gand ame in search of the barrel and were left mystified. One person said, “That’s wild. “I read about that in the patch notes, but today I couldn’t locate it. “Wow, this only serves to demonstrate the poor level of care and quality that went into the game, said another.
Since nobody uses it, they probably buff it, not realizing they didn’t even include it in the game. Others laughed and said it was “strange” because there wasn’t a suppressed barrel as in previous games, joking that the developers were simply “pre-buffing” an attachment that would later cause problems in the community.
We’ll have to wait and see if the developers fix the problem or quietly go on without raising too much noise.
