This Arab Dessert is a dumpling which gets deep-fried and dipped in sweet syrup. This dish is the favourite of many Arabians. These balls taste crispy, sweet and soft. The outside layer is hard but in the inside, you get surprising soft mush that tastes heavenly. This sweet comes from the handiworks of Bedouin women who fry it in unique round deep fans. Thirty to fifty Logma get made in one time. Sometimes as per the preference the Logma gets topped with sugar, honey syrup or Nutella.

This type of Arabic desserts is also called as Roz Bel Laban. It gets made with simple ingredients like milk, rice, sugar, nuts and cream. Sometimes people eat the dish during stomach upsets as it is easily digestible. It gets served hot or cold depending on the preference. Moreover, garnishes used in the dessert are nuts, cinnamon, honey and saffron.

This orange sweet is one of the major Arabian Desserts. It gets made with noodle pastries or semolina strands. Then it gets dipped with sugar syrup and inside there is cheesy filling. Some restaurants make it with cream cheese and some with mozzarella cheese. In one bite you can get all the cheesy flavour you crave for. It also gets topped with various nuts for a good crunchy taste.

This is the dessert commonly seen in Arab weddings. It gets made with milk, cream and nuts. Moreover, it gets served in a bowl and eaten using a spoon. The origin of this dessert is from Egypt and this dessert also has a history.  It comes from the tables of an Egyptian royal family.

They have a crispy crust but the inner layer is soft.
