Gekko improvements and bug fixes in the helpful update 6.05
Wingman’s Plant and Defuse targeting has been upgraded by Riot for higher locations. Moreover, the audio cues for his additional skills, such as Mosh Pit and Dizzy, have been improved. Now you can tell if Gekko, your opponent, is firing plasma blasts at you or an ally.
In addition to Gekko’s changes, this patch also focuses on several other problems, such as a crosshair fix, social problems, and much more. Updates on Agent:
Gekko Wingman’s (Q) Plant and Defuse targeting has been enhanced to better target higher places.
1. Sound Enhancements
- Explosions by Mosh Pit (C) now have more audio options.
- Upgrades to the sound of Dizzy’s (E) plasma blasts make it easier to tell whether they are flying in your direction or an ally’s direction while in flight.
2. Enhancements to VFX
- Added visual effects for when Gekko is recovering an orb and for when the globule recovery is finished
- Improved opponent creature globules’ appearance

3. Select Performance Updates
The performance options now include the “CPU Wait GPU Time” measure to support players in identifying when their systems are Render Thread bound.
Bugs\Agent\Gekko
•Wingman’s capability to sustain melee damage has been fixed.
•There was a problem that caused ally Gekko orbs to appear white outside of custom Configurations.
•All abilities’ various animation problems have been fixed.
•UI on Gekko’s ultimate staying on screen if the round ended when you were in control of Thrash has been fixed.
•Settled an issue where, in a custom game, after executing the Swap Team command, the Wingman could not counter the spike.
•The glitch that allowed Wingman Spike to run too far when casting plants in midair has been fixed.
•Fixed a bug that allowed players to crouch jump inside the Mosh Pit and avoid taking damage.
•An issue when Wingman’s torso wouldn’t activate Cypher’s tripwire was fixed ©
•Fixed an issue when casting Wingman would play the incorrect animation.
•Fixed an issue where, in Spike Rush, if Wingman was prohibited from planting, Gekko couldn’t plant. “Mosh Pit” no longer displays as “Mosh’s Pit” on display.

•Resolved a crosshair bug where the Import button was disabled if you saved 10 or more crosshair profiles. There can still be a limit of 15 profiles.
•Resolved an issue where players could crouch jump to prevent damage with damage-over-time area abilities.
•The Performance Used Memory performance measure is updated even when the Total Memory performance metric is turned off.
Social
•Resolved an issue where players would appear more than once in the friend list in situations of terrible platform disconnections.
•The invite menu’s rare flicker fault has been fixed.
•Unfriending a player online caused a glitch that prevented the number of online friends from updating.
•A issue that caused any pending friend requests to remain to show up when a player enabled Auto-Reject friend requests has been fixed. The setting will now automatically reject any pending friend requests.
•An issue wherein the system notification confirming a submitted friend request would occasionally display whitespace has been fixed.
•A bug was fixed in Gekko Updates to add notice warning players that if they presently have a communications ban, they would also be banned from taking part in competitive queues.
