Many people, including MoistCr1TiKal, have highlighted worry over cheating issues because Midnight Society’s DEADROP is based on the value of in-game objects. Dr. Disrespect has responded quickly, denying the complaints and questioning whether anyone else can “keep up.”
Eyebrows were immediately raised over the game’s concentration on the blockchain when the first news about DEADROP, the first effort from Dr. Disrespect’s Midnight Society company, went published. Many key elements revolve around the online market, including early access for Founders Pass NFT holders and convertible in-game products for real money.
With playtests and more users having hands-on time with the game in recent months, Doc tweeted on March 6 to add petrol to the flames. Consider trying to “remove” something from a chain you just found worth $100,000, he said. It’s time for a brand-new PVP experience.
When he stated this statement, he indicated that people who disagreed with it were just “brain dead,” which got him into trouble with other internet celebrities like Asmongold and MoistCr1TiKal. In particular, the latter criticized possible issues brought on by cheaters and hackers.

Doc said cheating was an “understandable problem” and agreed with many of Moist’s comments.
In his video analyzing DEADROP a few weeks earlier, he stated that cheating would be a full-time job. If products can be purchased for up to $100,000, it would be wise to refrain from cheating. You won’t be able to fix the problems. There are cheaters among all developers. It has yet to be able to do to resolve the issue.
The anti-cheat system in Dr. Disrespect’s game wasn’t discussed in detail, but it isn’t a major issue for him and the Midnight Society members now. He dismissed it and asked, “When are they proceeding to keep it up?” with an argument that they have already been ahead with the slope.
It’s too soon to tell how DEADROP’s developers will respond to the cheating crisis, especially before eager players run into hacker attacks and lose money. Deadroap is still in the earlier stages of expansion.
But even Moist is excited about the game’s future if that significant issue can be addressed. “I’m pleased that Dr. Disrespect is developing this game, and I don’t believe it will turn out to be a fraud,”
