Yes scrubbing the facial skin is good however if you scrub so much then your skin can look dry and will age quickly. You have to scrub less often for the face to retain its oil. Then only your face will appear youthful.

7. Use of mobile phones or other electronic gadgets
When you use gadgets before going to bed then you may sleep late at night. This can lead to dark circles around the eyes and then will quicken the ageing process. So leave your mobile phones or other gadgets quite a distance from the bed and go to sleep.
8. Unsuitable anti-ageing products
There are many good anti-ageing products on the market. But make use of the one that is suitable for your skin. Do not opt for risky anti-ageing procedures that may damage the skin. Consult a skin expert to choose a suitable option for your skin and apply it overnight for better results.
